When you use allanoutdoor.com, make a booking or pay a deposit; you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all interactions between you (“the client”) and AllanOutdoors (“the company”)

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to confirm most bookings.

• The remaining balance is due 30 days before your trip, unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are quoted in KES / USD depending on your booking.

• Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, Mobile-Money, credit card or other approved methods.

• All bank charges / transaction fees are your responsibility.

• Minor changes (number of people, meal preference) can be requested and may be accommodated, subject to availability.

• Major changes (dates, route, accommodation) may incur a change fee or re-quote.

• AllanOutdoors reserves the right to modify or cancel parts of the trip due to force majeure (weather, political risk, natural disaster).

• If we make major changes, you may choose an alternative itinerary, defer your booking or cancel (see refund policy).

• We act as your guide and planner but subcontract accommodation, transport and other services to third-party providers.
• AllanOutdoors is not liable for injury, loss or damage resulting from third-party service providers, except where caused by our proven negligence.
• You are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering illness, medical evacuation and trip cancellation.

• You must ensure your passport, visa, immunization records and any required travel documents are valid and in order well before your trip.

• If we are prevented from fulfilling your trip due to missing or invalid travel documents, the cancellation policy will apply.

• We cannot be held responsible for delays, changes or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disaster, government action, strike, etc.)

• If force majeure prevents us from operating a trip, you will be offered alternatives, deferment or refund where possible.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

• Any disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts or through mutually agreed dispute resolution.

By paying a deposit or using our services you confirm you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service.
