Cancellations must be made in writing (email to info@allanoutdoor.com).

• Refunds / penalties are applied as follows:

  • More than 60 days before departure: 50% refund of total cost (i.e. 50% is forfeited)

  • Between 30 and 60 days before: 25% refund (i.e., 75% is forfeited)

  • Less than 30 days before: no refund (100% is forfeited)

    If AllanOutdoors cancels your trip (force majeure or circumstances on our side) we will offer:

    1. A full refund, or

    2. An alternative date / itinerary of equal value.

• Unused parts of a trip (for example, unused activities) are not refunded once the trip begins.

• We strongly recommend travel insurance; we will not cover cancellation costs from personal change of plan.

• Refunds (if any) will be processed within 30 business days after cancellation approval, via your original payment method.
