A: We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies and trip cancellations. We do not provide it.
A: We accept bank transfers, Mobile-Money, credit cards, and other approved payment methods. Bank charges or transaction fees are borne by you.
A: Yes, depending on your nationality and destination. You are responsible for ensuring all documents (passport, visa, immunization) are valid.
A: Contact your guide or our support team immediately. We make every effort to resolve issues quickly. In case of third-party service failure, we assist in mediation but our liability is limited (see Terms of Service).
